Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, attended the launch event for the new 2026 Peugeot 3008 and Peugeot 5008 models, produced by Dangote Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Limited (DPAN).
The governor described the vehicle launch as a major milestone in the growth of Nigeria’s automotive industry, commending DPAN for its commitment to innovation, strengthening local manufacturing, and boosting the national economy.
Governor Uba Sani stated that such developments contribute significantly to job creation, technology transfer, and industrial growth in the country.
To show support for the company, the governor pledged to hand over DPAN's official land title documents and promised to encourage other state governors across Nigeria to patronize and purchase the company’s vehicles.
