"Only Allah Can End the Insecurity Problem in Nigeria" – Defence Minister Matawalle. The Minister of State for Defence responsible for Security Affairs, Bello Matawalle, has stated that only Allah can bring an end to the lingering insecurity problem plaguing Nigeria.
Matawalle said that despite the efforts of the government and security agencies in fighting terrorism, kidnapping, and other criminal activities, no human being can claim to completely eradicate the problem except by the will of Allah.
He emphasized that the federal government continues to take measures and strengthen security forces to address the situation.
The minister's remarks come at a time when debate is ongoing over ways to end attacks by bandits, kidnappers, and other security challenges in various parts of the country.
Matawalle called on Nigerians to continue cooperating with security personnel and to offer prayers for the attainment of lasting peace in the country.
