Former US President Barack Obama strongly criticized the Donald Trump administration at political rallies for the governor's race in Virginia and New Jersey. He also urged voters in the upcoming elections to reject what he called the lawlessness, incompetence and madness occurring in the White House.
Obama told Americans that Trump and the Republicans want them to think only for certain minorities in a government that takes action against other minorities, while leaving ordinary citizens in difficulty.
Mr. Obama sharply rebuked Republicans for their failure to rein in President Trump. Obama rarely intervenes in political matters, but he still remains popular among Democrats.
