· They do not suffer from excessive sadness or unreasonable anxiety.
· They can think clearly and make good decisions.
· They feel happy with their life.
3. Social and Spiritual Health: This is the state of a person's relationship with others in the community. It includes:
· Having good relationships with family and friends.
· Feeling comfortable living in society without fear.
· Spiritually, finding peace and stability through faith and prayer.
.Factors that maintain good health:
To achieve complete health, a person must eat nutritious food (vegetables, fruits, meat, and grains), drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, get enough sleep (about 7–8 hours), and avoid smoking, alcohol, and illicit drugs. Also, maintaining environmental hygiene and going to the hospital for periodic check-ups is very important.
In summary, health in the human body is a balance between physical well-being, mental tranquility, and peaceful coexistence with the community. If any one of these is damaged, then overall health is at risk. If you are healthy, you will have the following signs:
· ✅ You get enough sleep and wake up feeling energetic.
· ✅ You feel hungry at appropriate times and eat properly.
· ✅ Your urine is a light yellow color, not very dark.
· ✅ You have regular bowel movements without difficulty or constipation.
· ✅ Your skin looks good, without excessive pimples or dryness.
· ✅ You have physical strength and do not tire easily.
· ✅ Your hair and nails grow properly without breaking easily.
· ✅ You can concentrate well and your memory functions properly.
· ✅ You do not suffer from frequent headaches, dizziness, or recurring illnesses.
