The Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, has named the Chairman of the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS), Jerry Adams, as his running mate for the 2027 governorship election.
In a statement he released on Tuesday, Uba Sani said Adams's selection aligns with his administration's policies of justice, unity, and equal opportunity without discrimination.
The Governor described Jerry Adams as an experienced public official and a tax expert, stating that he played a significant role in improving KADIRS' operations, which increased the state's internally generated revenue and enabled the government to invest in education, health, infrastructure, and agriculture.
Uba Sani called on the people of Kaduna to support the ticket, emphasizing that this choice should be viewed as a step toward strengthening unity and the state's development, irrespective of religious, ethnic, or regional differences.
