The Nigerian Air Force said it has launched heavy airstrikes on Arra, a well-known terrorist hideout in Sambisa. This was contained in a statement issued yesterday, Wednesday in Abuja by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame.
He said the airstrikes were carried out following the orders of the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke.
Ejodame said the attack was conducted after surveillance, intelligence, and reconnaissance revealed terrorist movement following the ambush that took place in Kashomri on October 17th.
