The Honorable Engr. Abdurrahman Ahmad Kandarawa, a member of the Katsina State House of Assembly representing Bakori Local Government Area, has led the reception of 45 people who were held captive by bandits for a long time.
This achievement was made after the renewal of a peace agreement between the leaders of the bandits and the officials of Bakori Local Government.
